Wife bought the first one at Christmas, lasted 4 days before smoke came out of unit, returned to place where it was purchased. The second lasted 2 months before it took a dump.
Keurig was very helpful when I had issues with my 3month old brewer. They offered suggestions to resolve the issue but ultimately replaced the unit with a new one. Such great service is hard to find these days.
As a Warranty Replacement over the K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker now with the K-Supreme Plus™ Single Serve Coffee Maker, each cub that it makes for us seems to be far better. The original issue was that after the required cleaning/descaling the descaling indicator would stay on n matter what method of cleaning was employed. I trust and expect that our K-Supreme Plus™ Single Serve Coffee Maker will operate better.
Great product. I’m the only one in my home that drinks coffee often so it works great for me. I received a replacement after a few months of the first maker stopped working all of a sudden. Overall I love it
This is the second replacement I have received. The original lasted about 3 months and the first replacement not even 3days, they just quit turning on. Also would say add water when none was needed. So far, the third replacement is working fine. Let's hope it continues
