Quality control issues

We bought one of these for our northern home and loved it so much that we bought a second one for our winter home. The first one we bought for Florida was dead on arrival. Nothing lite up when we plugged it in. We returned it and exchanged it for the exact same model. It worked for about 5 days and died. We contacted Keurig customer support who offered to ship us another one. Instead we chose to exchange it at the store rather than wait for them to ship it to us. So far the third one is working but it's only been two days. We do love the features and it is a great improvement over our prior Keurig. If only they could solve their quality control issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look/design but doesn't deliver on performance. I must say, the claims of 3 temperature setting isn't accurate, the difference is only a degree or two at the most. I was hoping for a piping hot cup of coffee but was only mediocre at best. The feature of multi stream sounds good, but I find no difference from the old model that is only a single punch. The other thing is, it is very messy, the coffee splashes all over the counter. I'm very disappointed in this product.
I originally received a new Keurig Supreme plus coffee machine for Christmas. I started using it and within a month the machine said "Descale" I thought that was fast. Then a 2 weeks weeks later the machine just stopped working. I called Customer Service and they were very understanding and sent a new replacement within 10 days.
This is a great new Keurig. I love the design and functions. The only problem is, this is my second one. The first one required 2 descalings within a 3 month period. I hope this one is better.
First one broke after a week or so, customer service was great, but we had to go without coffee for 2 weeks until the replacement arrived. we taped the water reservoir in place and use the water reservoir from the first unit to fill the tank, after reading reviews stating that they believe the unit failed after the water tank wasn’t properly seated while heating up. Hopeful this one works. Trying to be ignore my conscience saying Kcups are so wasteful and terrible for the environment, but I’m American so it shouldn’t be too hard to ignore the atrocities
This is the third Keurig coffee maker I have purchased. I absolutely love using these machines. I think I love this one best as it is the newest model and is so easy. I can preset settings for my favorite drinks. It is much easier to fill and I would not be without it. Recommend all coffee lovers have this
