I could not be happier with the way Kuerig handled my problem. My new coffee machine just stopped working for no apparent reason. I called customer support and to my surprise they replaced my machine. I love Kuerig!!!
I am having issues the needles don't always puncture top causing water to leak on the sides. And not putting water through the pod.I never had these issues with older kuerig. I had over 10 years
Fast and kindly solve our problem. Function is perfect, easy and efficient for usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this model at Christmas and after a month it just stopped working .. keurig Send me another one and again after 2 months of using it quit turning on!! This model needs to be recalled!!
Our K-Supreme Plus works great as we expected! Our recently purchased K-Supreme stopped working after approximately 8 months of use (no power). I contacted Keurig via phone and they were very helpful and made it so easy to get our replacement ordered. Very happy with Keurig's warranty coverage and expeditious replacement process.
