Defective model

Purchased this model in January 2021 and has stopped working twice (turns off and never turns back on). Keurig has sent a new one twice but does not overnight ship and wait time is about 4 days or more. Loved the machine's new look but having it break twice in such a short time is a huge inconvenience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine is garbage

Sitting on hold with Keurig working on getting my third device. First one arrived inoperable. Second one died after three months. Only good news is they honor their warranty and are sending me another one.

I am loving this machine. I was determined not to get a Keurig (my daughters machine just didn't get hot enough) but when I saw the K-Supreme with strength and temperature controls I decided to try it out. I recommend this machine for everyone who just wants to brew one cup at a time.
Have had many different Keurig models in the past. Have always looked for one that makes a strong cup of coffee without making a smaller cup to make it stronger. This one finally does that without sacrificing the 8 oz size I like.
Does NOT fit travel mugs (like a Yeti 20 oz or Klean Kanteen), shorter will work. Programmable feature is easy to use. Brews well. Have to take out the pod holder if you want to use the My K-Cup universal coffee filter (and not use the very bottom, light gray piece of the universal filter ).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Electrical Issue, light flickers while brewing.

This machine has big issues. Brewing coffee is extremely slow and my kitchen light starts to flicker while brewing. i thought i have electrical issue so i called a certified electrician and he said this machine draws extremely high amp than regular appliance designed for everyday use in kitchen because its heating the water while brewing and he suggested to return it and get a different model. I did some research and found 100's of people on reddit has same issue as mine. Keurig please fix the issue. i had 3 Keurig before and never experience this issue.

Does not work!

I received my K-Supreme Plus for Christmas 2020. Today, June 20, 2021, Father's Day, with family visiting, the machine shut off and will not power on again. In researching the problem, I've read many, many reviews by other users with similar electrical problems. Do not bother sending me the customer service number as this product clearly has SIGNIFICANT design flaws.

Unreliable

I purchased 2 months ago and after only 1 month it works periodically and only after unplugged for a day. It says to descale right after I descale and has never stopped saying descale. It says to add water will a full tank. I had the original keurig for 5 years and it just conked out one day. Best machine. This one should be recalled until it works consistently
