Travel mugs and My K-cup compatibility

Verified Purchase:Yes
Does NOT fit travel mugs (like a Yeti 20 oz or Klean Kanteen), shorter will work. Programmable feature is easy to use. Brews well. Have to take out the pod holder if you want to use the My K-Cup universal coffee filter (and not use the very bottom, light gray piece of the universal filter ).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Electrical Issue, light flickers while brewing.

This machine has big issues. Brewing coffee is extremely slow and my kitchen light starts to flicker while brewing. i thought i have electrical issue so i called a certified electrician and he said this machine draws extremely high amp than regular appliance designed for everyday use in kitchen because its heating the water while brewing and he suggested to return it and get a different model. I did some research and found 100's of people on reddit has same issue as mine. Keurig please fix the issue. i had 3 Keurig before and never experience this issue.

Does not work!

I received my K-Supreme Plus for Christmas 2020. Today, June 20, 2021, Father's Day, with family visiting, the machine shut off and will not power on again. In researching the problem, I've read many, many reviews by other users with similar electrical problems. Do not bother sending me the customer service number as this product clearly has SIGNIFICANT design flaws.

Unreliable

I purchased 2 months ago and after only 1 month it works periodically and only after unplugged for a day. It says to descale right after I descale and has never stopped saying descale. It says to add water will a full tank. I had the original keurig for 5 years and it just conked out one day. Best machine. This one should be recalled until it works consistently

This is a brewing disaster. All this talk about the multi streaming feature. When the five holes are made in a Keurig cup, it has become apparent that coffee grounds are being dispersed throughout the brewing area. Coffee grounds fall into your cup, onto the counter and must be dumped out over the sink. Descale is on b/c interior is full of grounds.

Breaks down quick / Bad Quality

I bought this coffee maker 3 months ago. Within the first month, it asked me to descale. I used the solution exact to direction twice and the descale signal would not shut off and it wouldn't poor out. I even used the trick that they tell you to use the paper clip. Nothing worked. Keurig ended up sending me another new machine. I have now had this machine for 1 month and got the descale signal. I went ahead and descaled again twice per direction on the solution. 3 days later the screen at the top broke and has completely disappeared with no digital words and it still doesn't pour out the coffee. I used to have one of the original Keurig's and that one lasted forever. Now the product is very low quality. Will never buy Keurig again.

Worst yet

Slowest brewer ever!
Machine is brand new, the coffee trickles out so slow it’s pathetic! It’s like when the old ones were about to stop working. I don’t like the footprint of this either, but was willing to overlook that. Keurig coffee makers don’t have longevity, but I keep buying a new one every year because it’s still cheaper than going out to buy coffee daily. However, the slow performance of this machine is intolerable and I will be returning it.

The K-Supreme Plus coffee maker will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and strength selected. Coffee MUCH WEAKER than last Keurig brewer

We replaced our K-Elite with the Supreme Plus. On strong, it is NOT as strong as before. The coffee tastes weak. not a little. A LOT. if you brew strong coffee at 6 oz because you like a full flavor, this Supreme Plus brews WEAK COFFEE. Keurig, I am truly disappointed that you would create a new brewer that can't make coffee as strong as your older brewers. Your engineers clearly new it and didn't fix the design. This is a shame. I will be returning this brewer, if allowed by Keurig
