I bought this model at Christmas and after a month it just stopped working .. keurig Send me another one and again after 2 months of using it quit turning on!! This model needs to be recalled!!
Our K-Supreme Plus works great as we expected! Our recently purchased K-Supreme stopped working after approximately 8 months of use (no power). I contacted Keurig via phone and they were very helpful and made it so easy to get our replacement ordered. Very happy with Keurig's warranty coverage and expeditious replacement process.
Keurig customer service has been awesome. They help you through the process and they follow through on what they say to you. I appreciate all their efforts to help their customers.

I feel that this is one of, if not the best coffee maker that Keurig has made. We have had Keurig coffee makers for years now, and really enjoy the K-Supreme Plus.
