I used my new coffee maker for about 2 months when I began to experience a problem. Even though I had cleaned it, I was getting a 'descaie' message. When I couldn't solve the problem on my own, the Kuerig folks attempted to, giving me pointers and suggestions. When that didn't work, a new, replacement machine was dispatched at no expense to me. The first issue was a glitch, but quickly resolved. Thank you!
We bought this new model as advertised on TV when our K-Elite Keurig failed to restart after a Rescaling cycle. K-Supreme we bought performed ok, but with the New 4Hole punch technology, grounds come thru with coffee brewed. Not desirable. Unfortunately, this New model also failed to restart after following the manual procedure for Rescaling after only 4 months. Yes, our water mineral content has been tested acceptable, and also have used distilled water too to prevent issues.
They replaced my kuerig with the exact same one. Product was shipped very quickly. I received my replacement and in less then a month it has the same issue as the one they replaced. Calling again and asking for a different model, seems to be an issue for some reason.
We bought this item for Christmas 2020 and It lasted just a short time.Hopefully the new one will last forever.The machine is great when working and I enjoy the way the coffee is being sprayed differently than the older machine.I wouldn't give up on the product!
