I recieved a Keurig for Christmas and love it. But, there is always a but, something went wrong with it and it stopped working. I emailed in my issue and fortunately the Keruig was replaced. This one works great.

The new features in the Keurig are awesome. The five pins give you a richer coffee. I like that you are able to control the strength and the temperature of the coffee. The reservoir holds a lot of water too.

I would much rather have the older models, this is the 2nd one I have used, they are very slow at brewing and splash hot coffee an my counter. Will never purchase another one until this issue is resolved.

The first 2 Keurig K- Supreme coffee machines just quit working. First one after a few months and the 2nd one after a month. Keurig replaced them, but I’ve lost confidence that this one will last very long. I’m so glad I still have my dependable 10 yr old Mr Coffee as a back up!
