I bought the keurig supreme plus in January 2021 and it just stopped working. When it was working I loved it, especially it makes hot coffee. I called customer service and they sent me a new one. Just hope this one don’t let me down. I won’t recommend this one until I see how the new one works out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received my replacement keurig on January 24..the original was bought the previous October. The replacement worked fine until last week. Now we can only get 4 ounces no matter which level we choose. So I won’t give this product a good review
This is my third machine in the last six months. I don’t know what the problem is it works great and coffee taste great when it actually works. Then it just never comes back on. I am beyond disappointed and irritated and yet again out of even more money
We bought a K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker in October and it stopped working in February. We called Customer Service and they walked us through the process and we now have a new one which is working great. I appreciate a company that stands by their product.
The unit is quick to brew. However, this is a household of one and the unit only lasted six months. The descale light never went out after unit was descaled twice. My drip maker still makes better coffee.
I thought everything was going good with the replacement until the 3rd week using it when one morning I popped a k-cup in just like I always do when it whistled really loud and steam came out everywhere like an old steam engine! It brewed about a tablespoon of coffee and then just quit! Another week has gone by and it has happened repeatedly! I guess they don’t make them like they used to! This is my second brewer since Sept. 2020! I’m thinking I need to switch to a different brand! I am retired, when I was working, I bought 2 keurig machines that lasted for many years. I need my coffee!
