My Brewer was only 3 months old when it abruptly stopped with working on a Sunday morning...I immediately called the customer service number and I was astounded to find someone answering the phone! 7 days later I received a brand new brewer! Thanks again!
I got my K Supreme coffee maker for Christmas I loved the machine, especially the larger reservoir. In February I was making a cup of coffee when my machine just went blank. No power at all. I thought maybe a breaker was flipped. After trying other appliances in the same outlet and having power I called warranty Dept they walked me through the whole troubleshooting process and no hassle and replaced my machine with a new K Supreme. Replacement was quick and easy. The warranty is the best I have ever encountered.
I bought one and it stopped working in 1 month. Keurig replaced it with no hassle. With the replacement I realized the 1st one was working correctly. Still made good coffee but the replacement is much better.
I absolutely love my K-Supreme Plus single serve Coffee Maker. I love the option of temperature, strength, serving size, and the large water reservoir that doesn't take a lot of extra space . I have never smelled the great aroma of coffee the way I do with this coffee maker. I also enjoy the taste of fresh brewed coffee with each serving. Love!!!

Received K-Supreme Plus 2 days ago. Brewed 5 cups, and decided to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee. The custom brew feature is a plus. Hot, and strength settings can be tailored to individual taste. Makes a good cup of coffee. It splashes coffee on the counter around the maker and makes a mess. If it isn't cleaned up after each cup it will accumulate and create a bigger mess. If you must have one buy it at a store close by. If you want a refund from Keurig, where I purchased, then shipping it back is on your dime, and that can be spendy. Poor policy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement Keurig

This new Keurig arrived today. I really liked the narrower profile; however, I was extremely disappointed when I discovered there isn’t an auto shut off-a feature this busy couple must have! We will decide to return if we find a Keurig that has this option.
