Love the coffee maker so far but I’m still have trouble with chocolate it seems to get stuck. Love the fact the it holds a lot more water.

Doesn't work with eco pods

I'm sure it's nice but it won't work with the eco pods. It pierces the top and bottom but hot water and coffee grounds just spew out the top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You are not limited to brewing only Keurig pods in the K-Supreme Plus coffee maker, however, we recommend brewing with our branded or licensed K-Cup pods for the best brewing and beverage experience as these meet the Keurig standards for taste, quality and safety and are tested to perform in our coffee makers. This coffee maker truly has all the bells and whistles you want and some you may not. I love the 3 options to choose your strength of your brew. Personalized pre set options is great and best of all there are 3 water temperatures available. Much more compact than the older models and it looks good on any counter.

I purchased a new keurig about 5 months ago to replace one I had had for years. After a couple of months it started shorting the quantity of coffee output than the selected quantity. I tried to go through troubleshooting then ended up chatting with CS on line. In the process the unit completely died. They asked for a bit of information then sent me a new brewer without hesitation. My new brewer is working great!
