Thank you for replacing our unit after it stopped working. We have been with Keurig over the years as each model was developed and improved. The Supreme Plus is efficient in operation and design on our countertop.
I am just now using my new one for the last four days. So far so good. Makes a great cup of coffee. The first one would sometimes just steam a cup into mid air, would sometimes make only 4-6 ounces on a 8 oz selection, it would constantlysplatter coffee out getting all over the counter and floor. Customer service is fantastic,
My K Supreme Plus had a problem and it stopped working. With Keurig‘s excellent warranty replacement program as long as the unit is registered the whole process was seamless! Thank you
I had the K-Supreme Plus for two months then it stopped working. I called the Keurig help line and got immediate and help put through so i could get new replacement K-Supreme Plus quickly.
