Received K-Supreme Plus 2 days ago. Brewed 5 cups, and decided to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee. The custom brew feature is a plus. Hot, and strength settings can be tailored to individual taste. Makes a good cup of coffee. It splashes coffee on the counter around the maker and makes a mess. If it isn't cleaned up after each cup it will accumulate and create a bigger mess. If you must have one buy it at a store close by. If you want a refund from Keurig, where I purchased, then shipping it back is on your dime, and that can be spendy. Poor policy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement Keurig

This new Keurig arrived today. I really liked the narrower profile; however, I was extremely disappointed when I discovered there isn’t an auto shut off-a feature this busy couple must have! We will decide to return if we find a Keurig that has this option.

When it stopped working, I called Keurig and talked to a very polite employee who calmly walked us through the process of receiving a replacement - for free! Warranty replacement with Keurig

So relieved to find out my Grandmothers new Keurig coffee maker was covered by a no questions asked warranty right after Christmas. I have very little cash around Christmas and my Grandmother really wanted one of the Keurig coffee makers. She is 89 years old and has discovered the ease of use and great flavors that Keurig users enjoy! The maker I bought for her shorted out after only one and 1/2 months so she was very disappointed. We called Keurig's customer service and they could not have been more friendly or understanding. After vetting our loss, Keurig replaced her maker with a brand-new Keurig K-Supreme in about two weeks. Thanks for saving Grandmothers Christmas Keurig!!

I have only had the Supreme Plus a couple of weeks but I love the custom features for individual coffee drinkers in the home. I love the slim design and the awesome handle on the water reservoir.

Time to upgrade!

This is a wonderful new model. Easy to fill, no preheating, nearly silent and smaller footprint on my counter. Thanks to the engineers and great testing team as the annoyances of the prior models are gone - such as they solved the clunking noises opening and closing, very noisy “pop” noise puncturing of the pod, gurgling and popping as it heats, waiting between cups for preheating, and hard to handle the water tank to name a few. True bonus of the new brewer is it brews a much better cup of coffee with adjustments for stronger and hotter which it really is stronger and hotter - specifically much hotter compared to be old machine. Plus if you like strong cup of coffee it only takes a few extra seconds to accomplish vs the prior top of the line model from 2016 which took twice as long.
