Broke next day.

Took it out of the box in the evening, installed the filter, set everything up and did 1 cycle just to rinse the machine. Woke in the morning to have my cup of coffee from the new keurig. It did not even power

Broken machine

I love the look of this machine and the features of this machine. However after a month and a half the machine stopped brewing mid cycle, turned off and will not turn on. Seems this is an issue shared by many purchasers. DO NOT buy!

Didn’t Even work a month!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and didn’t Eve set it up till after the new year. I don’t make coffee on a daily basis and this didn’t Even last a month. The last time I tried to make a cup it made less than 2oz’s and tried to reset it with a new pod and it wouldn’t Even turn on. Tried another outlet thinking that might be the problem but that didn’t even work. It is dead..... this is the 2nd Keurig I have had in the last year that broke. I was given a duo last year at Christmas and it didn’t even last a year!!!

STOPPED WORKING,

I was very happy with my K-Supreme Plus but it stopped working. I contacted Keurig by email, they said they would get back to me. When they did the person on the phone said I had to talk to someone else. Crickets so far.

Not happy with purchase!

Lasted two months!

I bought this for my husband (our 4th Keurig machine) and it lasted two months until the ‘DESCALE’ notice came on. Followed the instructions to descale and the notice went away. Worked for three cups and descale came back on; and now it shuts off in the middle of a brew and leaves a mess on top of the K-cup of water and coffee grounds!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Consumer Alert - Do not buy

We've owned a few Keurig's over the years and other than a couple of needle cleanings, routine filter changes and descaling - all worked great. This machine is 6 weeks old in our new kitchen. "Descale" began to appear. "I purchased the Descale solution. No instructions for this unit. Found out how to do it on-line from another consumer. Descaling appeared over and over again so I continued to process the initial reservoir of water and another full one. "Descale" persisted. Ran out of water, machine went off. Never came back on. Dead. Terrible

Not Even One Star

The machine pokes 5 holes in the top of the pod but only one in the bottom so the water it puts in just comes right back out of the top holes along with lots of grounds and only delivers a weak tea looking brew full of grounds. I even ordered some of the pods that don't have a full cup on the bottom (only a basket) and they sit so low in the brewer that the machine doesn't even pierce the top of the pod. I've resorted to punching additional holes in the bottom of my k cup pods before putting in the brewer to keep the water from back flowing out of the top of the pod. I'm looking at a Cuisinart or Hamilton beach product if they don't offer some kind of fix.
