Received K-Supreme Plus for Christmas. It quit after approximately 1 month. Received Warranty Replacement on 2/12. That machine quit in 6 days. Will not get another Keurig.
We had an older model Keurig years ago, so I was a bit reluctant but this upgraded unit is far superior. Heats very fast, love the multi-size selector and the extremely compact size. Used for about a week and very happy so far.
This is a warranty replacement for one that lasted not even 2 months! Electronics are great when they work. Stopped working and would not turn on. Think they need to check out on/off switch. Do like the unit. Has a temp selection and a brew strength selection. At highest temp setting, not hot enough. Brew strength works fine. Keeping fingers crossed this unit actually lasts longer than not even 2 months. Kept our B40 model, which we have had for years, as a back up. All in all, feel Keurig is slipping in new products lasting.
Compared to my seven year old Keurig Elite (which was starting to sound like an airplane taking off), this Keurig Supreme Plus takes a little longer to brew, but is not detrimental for it, as far as I'm concerned. The brewed coffee from the Supreme Plus is, I would say, stronger and more "full bodied", but is ok with me. Myself being 74 years of age, change can come a little "hard", and this is a change for me. However, I will grow accustomed to it with time and believe I will be happier with the Supreme Plus vs the seven year old elite. I like the choices in brewing size, temperature and strength, plus the three "favorite" setting for convenience.
