Very nice upgrade from our old 2.0 Elite. The multi stream does make the coffee richer. Much simpler to operate and no need for a clock and auto on. Nice sleek design with a very generous water tank that's way easier to fill than the elite, it even has a handle. We're very glad we purchased it.

This is a great coffee maker. Easy to use. It makes a better cup of coffee than the one we had for years, which is still working bye the way.
The only problem we had with this one is it said to "Descale". I went though the descale process and the warning to descale never went away. The gentleman at Keurig just sent us another one. So far so good.
