I bought the six weeks ago and I have no problem because it’s still new hopefully I don’t have the same problem with the first one that I’m waiting to send back because they have not send me a return label and this is the 10th time that I have court for a return label so the product is good the personnel employers stink they can’t get their act together
This Warranty replacement is all that I expected from Keurig. Works great and brews good coffee. I'll update after the first descaling process, which was the downfall of my original one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mixed review. Good, but messy.

We bought this a few weeks ago to replace our previous Keurig coffee maker. We bought it because of the larger reservoir size and the options to increase the brew temperature and strength. Although it does brew the coffee hotter (I know because I measured the 3 settings against our old maker which still works), but unless you preheat your mug first with hot water, you may not notice the difference. Its amazing how fast the coffee temperature dissipates in a cold mug. But the biggest issue is how messy it is. After brewing you need to grab a paper towel to wipe up the coffee drops that splash out up to 9 inches away unless you use a tall travel mug. My usual ceramic mug is 5 in high which is probably about average size. What a pain. I'll probably try to put something under the mug to raise it up. It does come with a platform to use when not using a tall mug, but its far too short.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Inadequate instructions

I just unboxed my new K-supreme Plus coffee maker and assembled it per the startup pamphlet instructions. PROBLEM: I had at least two leftover parts. Did an online search online for diagrams and parts. I believe the parts are the Water Filter. Inexcusable. There should be an Owner’s Manual in every box, and/or a complete diagram. A video is No Substitute, either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After our first ever Keurig broke down we purchased this K-Supreme Plus version and we have been really happy with it so far. I love the water container because it has a handle to securely add water and the plus size has a large water tank. The temperature setting is great because you get a hotter cup of coffee and the steam technology makes a tastier cup. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because aesthetically I wish that it were more uniform looking, the water tank is situated so the brewer looks more like an "L" shape, despite that, I would buy it again and recommend it to others!
