I had an older model Keurig for years and loved it. When it finally died I purchased the new K-Supreme. Easy to use but didn’t make a very hot beverage, also had a problem after descaling it was under warranty so it was replaced. The brew is still not as hot as it was with my older model. After each brew you Ave to run a cleaning brew. I use my own grounds, and the keurig cups they selll for that model do not fit and have to be taken apart to fit.
I bought this back in October of 2020 and we had an issue with the product. The gentleman I spoke to was understanding and very professional and sent us a nice machine since it was still under warranty. Aside from it was here within two days. Thank you.
Fresh cup of coffee every time! So far I'm in love with my Keurig. Yes it is more costly than making a pot and then heating up the leftovers later, but it's fresh every cup.
We love the coffee maker, the only thing is it splatters a lot and sometimes it makes a small cup when you're making a 12oz cup. We love the versatility of the temperature and the strength.
I really like the large reservoir for the water. The main problem is the drip is so slow. It’s actually a dribble. The coffee temp is much better.
