I really like the large reservoir for the water. The main problem is the drip is so slow. It’s actually a dribble. The coffee temp is much better.

We bought a new K-Supreme Plus just before Christmas. It stopped working in exactly one month, we were very disappointed. I contacted Keurig and they replaced my unit right away. Costumer service was great and my new unit was shipped right away. I had to give 4 stars because the first unit died so soon after our purchase.
I just love this Keurig. I bought this for Christmas for myself and new version so I figured I'd try it. So disappointed that it didn't work after a few days. I miss my coffee. Anyway I had it registered so I called them, got proof of purchase notifications and everything received a new one shortly afterwards. I love it service was great.
I bought this unit at the end of July 2020, By the end of December 2020, the on/off switch failed to work. I called Keurig up, followed their directions, and with a few weeks, got a new one in the mail!
I not only love my K- Supreme Plus but I appreciate the service I received when I called the company. I love my coffee machine because I can increase the temperature. I love HOT coffee!
Pro: Instant hot water. No waiting for water to heat. They even removed the timer. Much smaller, better overall design and larger water carafe. Con: Slower to brew coffee at highest temperature and strength vs. older models. 5 hole vs. 1 is likely a new marketing strategy. Seems that if adding more holes for a better brew had any advantage that would have been added years ago. Coffee tastes the same as my older single hole Elite model.
