splatter issues

I bought this K-Supreme in Sept of 2020 to replace my less then year old Elite which just seemed to serve less them hot coffee. The K-Supreme worked wonderfully, however every time I make a cup,(no matter what size mug we use) I have coffee splatter all over my white counter top. This issue has not stopped as of today. Just wondering if my coffee maker has an issue or do others see the same problem. I would like to know from the company if this is a problem with it and have others notified you of same .

My 4th Keurig!

I have had a Keurig ever since they first came out and have really enjoyed them. This new model I just got is nice and not as loud as my others and it takes up a smaller space on my counter. It seams to be made more sturdy than my old one I just took to work, except for how the water container sits on it’s base. It is kind of wobbly sitting there and I hope over time it does not start leaking ... Maybe it should be attached to the main part of the coffee maker someway for stability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this coffee maker. I have owned 4 or 5 Keurig coffee makers over the years. My issue is the temperature of the coffee. Doesn't matter what setting I have it on, it comes out between 160-170 degrees. I was told by a Keurig that high setting would be 194 degrees. I have descaled the coffee maker and no difference. I even returned one maker and the new one has the same issue. I have no issue with the strength settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. The K Supreme Plus has three temperature settings determined by the cup size selected. The in cup temperature on the smallest brew size can start at 160 and go to 172 degrees on the largest cup size. Order one and arrived DOA. Board is failing in this product. Keurig needs to remove this item from sale before a class action suite hits them.
