Great Machine with one small problem

I bought the Kurig Supreme plus back in November and have used everyday at least once per day. About 2 weeks ago the Descale notification lit up and I have descaled it twice now and the notification will not go away! I have followed the instructions on the descaling solution from Kurig and it still will not work. Any suggestions???
I’ve use this replacement to make about a hundred cups of coffee and it stopped working, no power! Tried to call Keurig, abusive wait on phone and tried trouble shooting to no avail cannot waste any more time on this
I bought a new machine in October and it quit working. Would not turn on. Called Keurig and still under warranty. Only had to prove proof of purchase. They shipped me a new one with the warranty starting when I received it. The only sad thing is throwing away the beautiful non working one.
Bought this unit about 3 weeks ago. Works well enough. Disappointed in temperature setting. At highest water temp. the water is MILDLY hot not really the way HOT coffee should be.
It was a Christmas gift, one I do enjoy. It's great for a single cup of coffee in the morning, a decaf at night. We bought a mix box of flavored pods for the occasional treat.
We had a problem with our fairly new Keurig K-Supreme plus. We love this coffee maker, and were worried. However, after consulting with customer service, a new machine was on its way. Very happy customer. Thank you
