Waste of $

This is the worst machine yet! Beautifully matches stainless appliances so it gets 1 star for that but the machine doesn't have a noticeable difference between strength or temperature buttons - it's just a gimmick. And after only 2 weeks of use, the unit simply would not power on! No warning, no misuse. I had my old version for three years with no issues but this one is a dup!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great until i got up this morning

Ive have this barely a month, this morning i got up gfi was trippee machine will not turn on! I have to contact customer support to see what can be done over this

Defective Product

I purchased this product in November of 2020 and within 1 month it stopped working mid brewing cycle. It would not power back on. I returned the machine and got a replacement in December, and again within 1 month the same problem occurred. Very disappointed because I had owned a Keurig for 9 years and it was of good quality. I think this product is defective and not of very good quality like the original Keurig.

Bad Quality, Disappointed In Keurig.

I bought one of these back in November and after using it for only two (2) weeks it just died and stopped working. I replaced my original Keurig that I had for 12 years and this one was made so much more cheaply. I was greatly disappointed and regret having gotten rid of my older model that was made with more quality and did not feel or behave like a piece of cheap junk! What did you do to these and where are they manufactured?

Broke next day.

Took it out of the box in the evening, installed the filter, set everything up and did 1 cycle just to rinse the machine. Woke in the morning to have my cup of coffee from the new keurig. It did not even power

Broken machine

I love the look of this machine and the features of this machine. However after a month and a half the machine stopped brewing mid cycle, turned off and will not turn on. Seems this is an issue shared by many purchasers. DO NOT buy!

Didn’t Even work a month!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for myself and didn’t Eve set it up till after the new year. I don’t make coffee on a daily basis and this didn’t Even last a month. The last time I tried to make a cup it made less than 2oz’s and tried to reset it with a new pod and it wouldn’t Even turn on. Tried another outlet thinking that might be the problem but that didn’t even work. It is dead..... this is the 2nd Keurig I have had in the last year that broke. I was given a duo last year at Christmas and it didn’t even last a year!!!

STOPPED WORKING,

I was very happy with my K-Supreme Plus but it stopped working. I contacted Keurig by email, they said they would get back to me. When they did the person on the phone said I had to talk to someone else. Crickets so far.
