This is by far the best Keurig we have purchased. We really like the ability to program our favorite settings and brew our coffee to our desired temp and strength with the push of a button. Easy to operate and fast.

we have had this unit for about 3 months now. we have aways ran bottle water thought the unit. so the descale come on screen. we did as the OM says and the unit just turned off never come back on we unplugged the unit for 2 days now still nothing when I plug it in. not very happy its a nice looking unit its got nice and hot coffee. but keurig need to steep up there game fix this plz. thanks

Messy!

I absolutely love this coffee maker! But... it is literally the messiest Keurig we have ever owned, I can’t keep the counter clean around this one. And if some one other than myself uses it, the spray doesn't get cleaned and the counter gets covered in coffee. my other Keurig’s worked well and would splash a little in use, but this thing splashes coffee everywhere. That’s it! My only complaint. Other than this small issue this is a fantastic coffee maker, my coffee has never tasted better, and there are presets so you can have it set for your preference.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terribly slow!

Bought this as a replacement. Have been a Keurig owner for many years. Stepped away once to try another brand and ran back to "K". Love the design and the very large reservoir and the simple design. Great counter top footprint. Not convinced that the brew strength and temperature buttons do much. Still, like the machine. BUT.... it is so slooooow!. I've checked all the needles and they are clear. Yet it takes for ever to brew a simple 8 oz cup of coffee. Is that by design? When choosing a rating, can't seem to get past how long the brew time is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The K-Supreme coffee maker will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and if the strong brew was selected. Not impressed with Keurig K-Supreme Plus Quality

This is our 3rd Keurig K-Supreme Plus in just over 3 months & 2nd warranty replacement. The 1st unit would not even work out of the box; constantly wanted us to "descale" the unit. 2nd unit (1st warranty replacement) worked for just over 2 months, then had an electrical malfunction while performing the descale process exactly as specified by Keurig. Our 3rd unit (2nd warranty replacement) now has an extremely weak brew stream. The K-Supreme Plus design seems to be far less reliable than older / earlier models.
