Love the Multi Stream

Received as a Christmas gift and I was so excited to try it due to the multi stream system. See, Ive lost sense of taste (Covid) and needed my coffee to be stronger. However was disappointed to find out that multiple times it will stop in the middle of a brew cycle and only brew about 1-2 ounces then shuts off. In the 3 weeks I have been using it this has happened about 15 times. Not sure how to feel, I may just get the old one out unless this can be remedied.
I love everything about this coffee maker. I also loved working with the Keurig team. THey answered all of my questions. Great product and great company
We always had a keurig and decided to get a new one. Just love this model. My coffee or any beverage is much hotter and stronger if I like. We like the water resevoir off to the back. Takes up less room and it easy to fill.
I like the compact/sleek design. The water reservoir isn't bolted to the keurig like the previous version, which makes me a little nervous. I also enjoy the option to change coffee strength. I have not used the ice coffee option yet, but look forward to it.
After purchasing my first keurig K machine it stopped working,thanks for replacing it,everything thing went well,new machine great, Thank you.
I would recommend this to a friend!
