I originally purchased the K Supreme but broke it trying to figure out how to use the reusable k cup, so I ended up getting this one as a replacement (thanks to Keurig customer service). Now that I know how to install the new reusable k-cup, I like the coffee maker just fine. It's fast and quiet. The metal and colors make it look very sleek. I also love the large water reservoir.

The coffee has such a better flavor when it's made in this coffee maker. This has five water spouts to go through the coffee pod, plus we set it on the highest temperature and strength. That makes a big difference in the flavor of the coffee.
