After purchasing my first keurig K machine it stopped working,thanks for replacing it,everything thing went well,new machine great, Thank you.

We have had this coffee maker for almost 2 weeks, and it is great. It is so quiet when operating after the noise involved from the other Keurig while heating and brewing. This K-Supreme Plus makes a great cup of coffee quickly. You only have to wait about 5 seconds for it to heat up before it starts brewing. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the instructions that were included were not easy to follow. We ended up using Youtube to figure out how to put in the water filter. Also, finding the serial number was not obvious either. It was on the box. Anyway, we really like this coffee maker so far.
After it was delivered it didn’t work. I plugged it in and went thru the proper steps and 15 seconds later it fried! Called Keurig and got a replacement within a week. The best part was that this one worked and was quiet which I can’t say for my last one that I had several years ago. Oh! The coffee is great!
Purchased my keurig when it was time to clean it something went wrong and it would not run right but when I called to talk to someone about what i could do they replaced my coffee maker and I had no problem couldn't ask for a better warranty
We have had Keirigs for years. Had to have my 2.0 replaced twice shortly after purchase. This one is no different. You make one cup of coffee and flashes add water while the tank is full. Won’t work till it cools down in about 10 minutes. This is my second k supreme machine as they just replaced the one I bought at the end of November and it has the same problem. All the trouble shooting does not fix the issue. Very sad as we really like Keurig.
