I received my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker as a gift from my daughter. I love that the water is filtered. I can make expresso, iced coffee, plus a 8, 10 or 12 ounce cup of coffee or tea. There is no loud sounds when the water is heating. I have three programmable settings for most used options. Then, there are 4 levels of temperature and brew strength. This is my most favorite single serve coffee machine ever!

We purchased the Supreme Plus brewer and absolutely loved it, within two weeks it quit working. It wouldn’t even power on. It took a month to get a replacement. The second one worked for a little over a month...same issue. Waited about another month to get our second replacement. Hopefully the third brewer is keep on working.

Coffee granules or grains in my coffee?

I love it but I’m finding coffee granules or grains in my coffee; is it because it’s multi pronged? Is that coming from the Kcups! Or is the machine doing it. it’s less than 2 weeks since I started using it. I’m observing it, I will call you if this issue does persist.
