I bought this coffee maker in October 2020 to replace my old one. Looks nice, easy to refill water, many choices to choose how many ounces. Problem is the amount of coffee grains you get in your cup. I called customer service.. they sent me a new one..so I will say great customer service. But I still have the same issue with the new one. I am a tea drinker so every time my husband has a cup of coffee I have to run it twice to clear out the grains. And when he has a cup of coffee it is full of grains.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This new K-Supreme coffee maker is the best yet! The coffee tastes the way I remember from the drip coffee makers. Actually, even better! Another great feature is this coffee maker shuts itself off when not in use. This does not affect the timing of your next cup. Also, the trendy new look is great! Overall, we are very happy with our new Keurig!

I really love this coffee maker. Holds lots of water in the reservoir and is compact, but I'm on my third one. The first two lasted about 2 months each. I must say that Keurig customer service has been great! Keeping my fingers crossed that this one lasts a long time!
