We initially bought the Keurig K-cup Supreme in 11/20. In just a little over a month, the “descale” indicator light came on, so I descaled it, but the light wouldn’t go off. I called Keurig thinking it would be just some simple reset, but after taking me through a quick process of unplugging, etc., it was still on, so they promptly sent me a new machine. We were still using the old one for a couple of weeks until the replacement arrived and we had time to set it up, and other things started happening. It started dispensing less water, so we never knew how much would end up in the cup. Although we were never told, I’m assuming the issue had to do with the sensors that control the settings. The new replacement appears to be good, and it makes an excellent cup of coffee and is very easy to use. We sure hope this one proves to be the quality one would expect from Keurig. We are definitely pleased with their customer service and the prompt replacement of the defective machine. It is difficult to rate the product quality until we see if this one lasts.
I am so impressed with the slim new design!! Love the new temperature and strength selector as well as the additional serving sizes. Oh and of course how quiet it is!!! This is my 3rd brewer and I only upgrade as newer technology is developed. Thanks Keurig!!!!
I have been using Bunn My cafe for many years and have enjoyed the coffee it made, however it finally stopped working. I was looking for a coffee brewer that would give me a good cup of coffee just as good and I found the the supreme plus does just that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

La compre hace un mes atras y es el electrodoméstico que mas se usa en mi casa. Lo unico malo es que le acabo de descubrir una grieta por donde se agarra (el mango) y esta botando gotas de agua por ella. Pero si me encanta el savor del cafe y que calienta bien y rapido.
