Our first K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker failed after brewing 10 cups of coffee. It would no longer would power up. Called Keurig and they immediately sent a replacement unit out which was and is very appreciated. BTW - The taste of the coffee produced with this coffee maker is very good. Much better than any other K-Cup coffee makers that I have used in the past. Would have been 5 Stars if the first unit did not fail
I upgraded to the multi-stream technology and I am so glad I did. I use less K-cups now (saves money) and still have strong tasting coffee! I live that this Keurig turns on when you open the top and turns off a few minutes after you finish making coffee. No need for auto in and off! Super quick heat up and great tasting coffee. I am super glad I upgraded.

Descale light won’t go off. Strength and Temperature settings don’t work (no water comes out when turned up to highest level). It still makes great coffee! It is only 2 months old!
This was a replacement of the same product purchased in September which did not restart after descaling. I cannot rate the quality of this item until, when needed, I do another rescaling process
My 1st supreme plus failed after only a couple of months, I called Keurig and walked through the problem, they replaced my unit with a brand new one and received it in about a week. They were very responsive and helpful. Thank you
