This Keurig replaces an older model that we've had for a number of years and was beginning to show it's age - slow and fairly noisy. We love the increased richness in the taste with the extra piercing prongs. It's fast, quiet to a fault and so convenient with being able to customize our own personal preferences such as amount of coffee, the strength and the temperature.

Let's start by saying that I really like the new look. It's more compact , simple and just better overall. The water reservoir has much easier access for refill and that's a big plus. You have your choice of 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12oz brew and as an added bonus you also have both a temperature adjustment (3 settings) and a strength of brew adjustment ( also 3 settings). Great job Keurig!

I have owned another brand of K-pod brewer for years, and have always been satisfied with my morning cup of Joe. However, when I saw the new Keurig Multistream brewer ad on TV, I though it might give me an even richer brew. Then I noticed that the water reservoir had a handle, and thought it might make the morning fill easier.
We've had the new brewer for about a week. The handle is a great feature, especially for two older people who have trouble gripping things. The top button controls are very easy to use, and since my wife and I like different strengths and cup sizes, the programming feature is nice. But I'm a little disappointed in the strength of the brew. It seems no different than my old Cuisineart brewer.
Overall though, we are pleased with the new Keurig.

I bought this Keurig a month ago. I own 2 but prefer the style and functionality of this latest one more. I like that you can set brew preferences for up to 3 people and brew a perfect cup of coffee (strength, temp and size) with the touch of 2 buttons.I was waiting for a model that was sleeker and stainless steel. This unit is perfect. I also enjoy the large water reservoir.

We love our new Keurig coffee maker! We were excited about the new features, like setting the strength and temperature, and bought this new maker even though our old Keurig was still working great. We are re- homing it to our son and daughter-in-law and it will serve them well. A product well made is good for many years! With all the luscious new coffees in the replacement program we will be passing up on that expensive coffee shop!

We have owned 6 Keurig brewers since 2011. Lost a couple to 2016 flood, replaced others with newer models, etc. Replaced our one year old brewer with the K-Supreme Plus and it is AWESOME!!! Set the strength, set the temp, set the size, brew. We love STRONG coffee and this brewer allows you to set the strength. Love it.
