We got this a week ago as a warranty replacement for a K-Elite that was replaced 3 times. we already like it better than the K-Elite. Better tasting coffee, very quiet and much easier to refill with the handle on the reservoir. Much better design.

Just unboxed my new Keurig and walking through the set up. It takes forever to brew. We had to retire our old Keurig after many years. I am a bit disappointed with this purchase.
