I bought this for myself and loved it so much then purchased for my business and my two sons! It has bigger water reservoir with a new design of a pitcher which is much easier to fill. This model has temperature controls and makes iced coffee.

Easy to set up with a variety of nice options. Blends well into our kitchen and other appliances. The only issue I have is this morning one of the Keurig pods ruptured all over the inside of the pot and inside of my cup. What a terrible start to my day!!

New and improved! Our first Keurig "retired" after 7 years of daily use. The water reservoir is much easier to remove and refill and we like the added features of customizing personal preferences on strength and how hot we like our coffee.

We bought this to replace our Keurig 2.0 425 red model, which we really loved. We were very disappointed it only lasted a few years. This new model is working well so far, and we hope it will continue to do so for many more years. It seems to be well-made, and the automatic on feature when the lid is raised is very nice. I was concerned the coffee might not be hot enough, but it is fine for both my husband and I. We like having the custom settings. As to flavor, most of our favorites taste pretty much the same, but we have noticed a small improvement in the flavor of certain ones, including Green Mountain’s Wild Mountain Blueberry. Overall, we would recommend!

I called about the "descale" light would not turn off after going thru the process. I called to ask how to reset and after going thru the reset, the light still would not turn off so they replaced it.
