Quite happy with the replacement Keurig did for us recently. They have always stood behind their products. We have used their coffee makers for 20 years now.
This is the fourth one I have had in the last few mins. Don’t no what’s going on. Have had a problem with each of them. Now this one is starting up. Had my old one abt 10 yrs. it was great

I bought this about 2 months ago and it prompted me to desalination of the unit and after processing it the indicator didn't reset itself. The company sent me a new within a week.
Seem you are having a problem with the rescaling function. We did not receive any direction or care information with our unit. It was very very difficult to find them on line, even with service agent. Other then that this is best unit you have come up with.
This is was a replacement for an original one that I had bought in August that died I got this one with no trouble from the people they were very nice I got the referral I got the warrantee replacement within a week everything worked well for about 10 days then all of a sudden it started to say D scale ID scaled it and now it won’t make a cuppa coffee it works OK without a pot in it but if I put a pot in there it doesn’t work it’s not very dependable sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t
