Could be better

Have owned this coffee maker for almost one week. I like the water reservoir as it is an easier one to fill then the last machine (Elite). I like that it punctures the k-cup in multiple spots for a better cup of coffee or tea. It's a nice looking, modern design for the next generation of k-cup makers. What I don't like is that after you brew a cup of coffee, and you go to brew the next cup, there is a small amount of grounds in that cup from this previous cup. WHY?? I never experienced that with my Elite model. This one also seems to "splash" coffee around the machine. I am trying really hard to like this machine but I am having some reservations about it -- just hoping that I didn't make a mistake in purchasing this latest model. Would I recommend this model? At the moment I am not sure.

I got this as repalcment to after "3rd" elite brewer start empting the reservoir tank of water at random upon it turning on. that is 3 of them. instead of replacing it with same model they sent me this model for free. Got this after the elite brewer was replaced 3 times due to it emoting the reservoir upon turning on at random, that 3 of them that all did.
This model is incredible slow brewing but it works, dont like that it has auto off after 5 minutes, cause of elite brewer and it lets empty the reservoir upon turn on issue. I full expect this brewer to have some issue if not the same as one it replaced. as I have never had keurig that WASNT replace 2-3 times.
Stars are simply cause I Think quality is terrible, and fact they never ask for brewer back when replacing things, make me wonder that they KNOW quality is terrible which why they dont ask for them back

I bought this for myself and loved it so much then purchased for my business and my two sons! It has bigger water reservoir with a new design of a pitcher which is much easier to fill. This model has temperature controls and makes iced coffee.
Easy to set up with a variety of nice options. Blends well into our kitchen and other appliances. The only issue I have is this morning one of the Keurig pods ruptured all over the inside of the pot and inside of my cup. What a terrible start to my day!!
New and improved! Our first Keurig "retired" after 7 years of daily use. The water reservoir is much easier to remove and refill and we like the added features of customizing personal preferences on strength and how hot we like our coffee.
