Amazing esthetics

Beautiful machine... wonderful features.... lousy cup of coffee. Does not brew a strong cup of coffee to save it's life. So disappointed because it is a beautiful appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this in September for our Teachers' Lounge - Everyone just loves it. When we had an issue with it not working, the company sent me a new one within days of my call.
Overall I am happy with this Keurig. I love the fact that I can choose the temperature because I like my coffee really hot. I also like the flexibility of the water reservoir and the handle.
I do not like how SLOW the coffee actually brews and pushes the water through the K-Cup. Also the coffee tends to splash out of the cup and onto the counter.
I tried to use the same coffee pods that I had used in my old Keurig and the five spouts ripped the pods apart and I ended up with a mess in my pot and grounds in my coffee cup. Also the pot sprayed water on my counter when it came down to my cup.
This unit works well. I haven’t noticed any difference in the “strength” setting. Note that this the first Keurig that I have had without rubber feet - this unit wants to slide all over the counter. Some say it is slow - it isn’t. Also, the temp of my coffee has been very hot.
