We've only had our K-Supreme Plus for 2 weeks, but so far, we are very pleased with this coffee maker! The multiple water injectors really do improve the flavor... more robust is a word that I would use. The only con would be that on the strong setting there is a bit more splatter because of the longer brewing time, but that's a small sacrifice for the great taste of the slower brew.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes great coffee... HORRIBLE DESIGN

OK, so I just managed to burn up my 3rd K-Supreme in just over a year, all when trying to descale this stupid unit. First one, I descaled once with no problems. Second time I went to descale it, the light wouldn't turn off. Was running my 2nd reservoir of fresh water rinse and it just turned off. Keurig sent me new unit. Time came for it to demand I descale (can't turn warning off). I poured over videos and info on the web as well as hunting down the Keurig .pdf for the model. I followed their advice to a TEE. Turned off unit...pressed 8 & 12 oz until descale lit. Used Keurig descale solution, ran it through until it said add water, cleaned tank/added fresh water. Ran a full reservoir through and still said descale mode... scared of what might happen, I reluctantly put more water into the reservoir and a couple more cycles and BOOM! No power again! That unit lasted maybe 3 months. On my 3rd unit, time to descale. Followed all the instructions and almost exactly the same result. How can so many people buy this unit, give fantastic advice/videos and seemingly have success, but I can't get one stinking unit to last a year! Listen, I LOVE this unit's design and features, but I cannot in good conscience recommend ANYONE buy this model. I just dug my 10 yr old model out of the box again to use it so I can have coffee in the morning... crossing my fingers I can get Keurig to not replace this model but just give me a different model. I try to never give something a 1 star rating, but this time can't see how I can not do it.

Great until descaling- worked almost 3 months

Second disastrous Keurig coffeemaker purchase this year. Worked fine until the descale light came on and I stupidly descaled it. Now it will not even turn on. What is up with the new Keurig coffeemakers? The old school ones worked for years, not months.

On a whim, I bought a little Keurig brewer--a different model--a few months back. I enjoyed it, but I had to measure out how much water I wanted the machine to use every time I made coffee. The coffee was good, so I decided to try this machine instead, and I love it. Having the large reservoir at the ready each time I make coffee means that I now use the machine more often. I love being able to set the temp, the strength, and the size of the brewed coffee without having to measure it. And the program buttons also help with the ease of use (and they are easy to use and set up). I don't see any downsides at all with this brewer, and I would recommend it without reservation.

Terrible Coffee Maker!

I have had problems with this coffee maker since I purchased it. It is so unreliable. Sometimes it brews about an ounce of coffee and then stops brewing. Sometimes I find a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. I never know if it is going to work properly. I am very disappointed and I am sorry that I bought this coffee maker!

I’m on my3rd coffee maker, they want me to send it in and then they will send me a new one. That means we will be without a coffee machine for awhile, anyone have any suggestions on what coffee maker is reliable to buy we are needing a back up machine? When we get the fourth one maybe we can use that one as a back up looking for ideas.

I've had this machine about 10 day, and from day 1... this has been the best Keurig I've owned. The multiple settings allow you to curate your perfect cup of coffee. I enjoy a strong cup of coffee, and went straight for the strongest setting... TOO STRONG!! The multi-stream technology makes such a difference. The temperature settings are wonderful, and the size selections are terrific. This is the 4th Keurig I've owned, 3rd for my home, and it's the best by far.
