My Kuerig broke after having less than a month. They did replace it but after promising me they would expedite the process to ship replacement it took almost two weeks to get it.
This is my 4th Keurig and by far my favorite. I really think the multi stream technology improves the flavor of the coffee. Very pleased with my purchase and the design looks very up to date.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful machine... wonderful features.... lousy cup of coffee. Does not brew a strong cup of coffee to save it's life. So disappointed because it is a beautiful appliance.

I bought this in September for our Teachers' Lounge - Everyone just loves it. When we had an issue with it not working, the company sent me a new one within days of my call.
Overall I am happy with this Keurig. I love the fact that I can choose the temperature because I like my coffee really hot. I also like the flexibility of the water reservoir and the handle.
I do not like how SLOW the coffee actually brews and pushes the water through the K-Cup. Also the coffee tends to splash out of the cup and onto the counter.
I tried to use the same coffee pods that I had used in my old Keurig and the five spouts ripped the pods apart and I ended up with a mess in my pot and grounds in my coffee cup. Also the pot sprayed water on my counter when it came down to my cup.
