Makes good hot coffee

I brought this pot and the original one only made about 20 cups of coffee before it died and had to be replaced. The new one seems to work ok, but I have only made about 15 cups of coffee.

Not all that “supreme plus”

This new coffeemaker makes decent coffee. However it’s missing some really nice features my old Keurig had. An auto reminder to change filters, an auto reminder to descale and a lighted water reservoir (in three different color choices) which was really nice on early dark mornings. I expected a lot more for the money. Guess that’s my fault for assuming so much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only stays hot for an hour

I received this as a birthday gift hoped it would be great for a quick cup to take to work and the remainder for hubby while at home . The first cup is great but since the the thermal carafe is not a true thermal just stainless steel it stays hot for about an hour. Also had some days it was just warm. I so wanted this to be great since I have to be at work at 6am and hubby starts day at 7. By the time he starts his day it’s a no go. I think we will go back to the old goody Mr. Coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my new Keurig in August 2020 as a birthday gift for myself. I am very impressed with the overall quality, and I love the big water tank. We drink a LOT of coffee, and have to descale about once a month. When we started the 3rd descaling, the controls went dark and would not respond. customer support was wonderful and helped us check all the possible options, and when nothing worked to reset the unit they worked to get us a replacement in a timely fashion. Things happen with electronics; no real complaint there, and SUPER HAPPY with the high quality support I received. Within a few weeks, we had shipped back our old unit that they arranged for pickup, and sent us our new one. Lifetime Keurig customer for sure!

Very good, with a few qualifiers

Overall, I am pleased with the K-Supreme's features and performance -- when it works. Unfortunately, my first one died after two months. Simply would no longer turn on. Keurig does seem to have very responsive customer service, and they sent me a replacement. I've only had that about 10 days, so too early to tell how durable it will be.
I think my only other qualms are that I wouldn't mind if the hottest temperature were still a bit hotter. I'd say it's hot enough if you drink it right away and don't want to add milk -- but a few degrees hotter, to accommodate adding milk, would be preferable.
Also, the instructions were very unclear about how to use the universal filter it came with. You actually CANNOT use the filter with the add-on red silicone insert or handle adapter it comes with, but the instructions did not note that.
And finally, the mesh on the filter is a little delicate and gets dented easily. Would be helpful if they had used a mesh that's a bit higher gauge.
All that being said, the machine is very easy to use, is versatile, and has an aesthetically pleasing profile. Here's hoping it lasts. . .
