Live much easier to use, better tasting coffee with the fives holes for the steamed water. Don't have to wait for it to warm up and it turns it's self off. What a wonderful time early Christmas gift

LOVE me Keurig! The packing box was badly damaged, and one of the boxes of coffee was crushed because it was not packed very well. I lost a couple of K-cups. But so glad that the Keurig was OK. It works perfectly!,

Great looking and the handle on the reservoir is great! The filter holder being in the middle of the reservoir is awkward when filling the tank since it is in the very middle. Overall, a good machine.

I like the style of my new Keurig K-Supreme Plus coffee maker and the larger reservoir. I was most excited that there was some temperature control as I like my coffee HOT, and I was looking forward to this feature. Honestly, I can't tell any temperature difference, though. The customizable feature is nice. There are 3 programmable option buttons that are easy to set. I'm basically happy with my new machine, but wish the temperature was noticeably hotter than it is.

I like the personal touch of programming your brew the way you enjoy it but when you utilize the program it seems to take longer to brew a 12 oz cup. Takes up less counter space. I would give it a five stars but I think it takes too long to make a cup of coffee.
