I contacted Keurig regarding a coffee maker I purchased approximately 90 days ago. At that time, the coffee maker Descale light began flashing. I,ve owned Keurig for over 15 years , so I know how to descale. Long story short, after 3 Descale sessions, they sent a new machine , I shipped my faulty one back, and so far, no issues!
I originally purchased this in October. After my old one of 7 years died. I got this model because it was the newest model. Loved all the new features and the design. 3 weeks later coffee maker would not power on, after checking different outlets to be sure it was the Keurig. I was very disappointed with this product. I did register the Keurig as soon as I got it set up. I called and was helped right away for the warranty replacement. It took a few weeks to get the new one and return the broke one for free. I registered the new one, hopefully it works fine. It is a nice looking machine and love all the new features.
It is a nice compact modern style brewer. A larger water reserve is wonderful. Love the options with strength, temperature, cup size and ice coffee option. There is even three buttons you can program as favorites for your brewed options. The energy saving feature built in was an option that took some time to get used to. My previous maker was always ready to brew once it was turned on and warmed up. This model is slower for that reason as it needs time to warm up for each cup. My only negative comment has to be that as you start to brew, the coffee/water seems to spurts in and out of the cup on occasion. Takes longer to brew than older model.
This is the second unit in a month that has had the same problem. It works fine one minute and then it just stops! No power! As of today, I am waiting on a 2nd replacement.
