I like the personal touch of programming your brew the way you enjoy it but when you utilize the program it seems to take longer to brew a 12 oz cup. Takes up less counter space. I would give it a five stars but I think it takes too long to make a cup of coffee.
I purchased the K- Supreme Plus to replace my old coffee maker. This coffee maker is the best maker I ever had. From the excellent design, coffee, and cup settings to the ice coffee option.
So far, I am really loving this unit. I would however, like the temperature to be a little hotter. I've used the highest temperature feature available. Also, I've tried to find out if the unit will automatically alert me to descale. I tried to find this information online to no avail..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t waste your money. I had an older model and it worked so much better. Coffee was hotter. Very disappointed in this K-supreme Plus. Would not recommend it! This is my 3rd one and it’s the worst one.
