Love this new coffee maker. The sleek, modern design looks great on the countertop. It has the ability to customize your cup of coffee, from 4 to 12 oz, 3 levels of strength and 3 levels of temperature. It also allows you to program your own cup to where you only push one button instead of go through all the options.
The first one I received stopped working before I could even brew one cup. Got a replacement about a week later. I am a little disappointed. Although the strong brew works well, the max temperature doesn’t seem hot enough. It’s really not faster to start brewing than my previous Keurig. Biggest issue is finding quite a few coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup almost every time. I have to clean the kcup holder every time I brew to try to avoid coffee grinds in my cup. I wouldn’t recommend this over older versions. Only real upside is that it is more compact.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
