We have been Keurig users for as long as they made the brewers. This model is much better than any we have used in the past. It does not require preheating, it can be preprogrammed to fit anyone's preferences, and it is very quiet. When the flow is complete, there is no leaking. It is everything we need and head and shoulders better than any of the older models or any competitors.

This is my third Keurig. I keep upgrading. Best yet! Coffee is much stronger and hotter and I love the fact you don’t have to warm it up. Pop in the pod, hit the personal setting and done. Great machine!

My husband & I really like this machine. We have had many other Keurig coffee makers and think this may be the best. It’s very easy to use and makes a good cup of coffee. The only negative we have found is that the first 2 cups of coffee came out of the machine smoking hot. Since then not so much. They have been hot but not steaming hot, which is Wharton’s we like. We have been taking temperatures on the different settings and I don’t find much difference between the hottest and the least hottest. If you are going to offer 3 temperature settings I think there should be at least an 8 to 10 degree difference between the 3 settings. I will be calling customer service about this. Other than that this is a good coffee maker and very nice looking too.

Far exceeds expectations

This new Keurig unit produces a great cup of coffee. Both my wife and I love the fullness of the coffee that this unit gets from a Keurig cup. We love the brewing flexibility as well - we each have our own strength and temp settings. This new machine is so much better than the Cuisinart Kuerig machine that we had for 10 years.
