Spews and makes a mess

I am now reading the reviews unfortunately after buying this unit. It appears that the multi stream technology is faulty, it can't get the liquid out of the bottom without overflowing the top of the pod and filling up with coffee then spewing it out of a hole it isn't meant to come out of. It makes a horrible mess with every cup you brew. It would appear from the reviews that they are aware of this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reviewing your K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. The behavior you're describing certainly does not sound normal. Has your K-Cup pod been removed and reinserted into the brewer? For best results, we recommend one time use with our K-Cup pods. Reusing or rotating the K-Cup pod after brewing can cause overflow and coffee grounds. Broke 2 times!

It shut off and stopped working a couple months after I bought it. Just shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. They sent a replacement and 4 months later it did the same thing!!

It died after 5 months.

I loved this coffee maker but this morning I woke up and it is dead it won’t even turn on. Same thing happened to my sister’s and she only had it for 3 months

I bought this to replace a giant Keurig coffee maker that took up too much room in my small galley style kitchen. I love this machine!
I was expecting it to be void of features, but I was wrong! It allows you to select the strength & temperature of the water, along with the ounce preference of your drink. Another feature it has is a Iced Coffee brew feature.
It can accommodate a larger travel cup by removing the tray below which can easily slide out.
The water reservoir is to the side of the coffee maker and it about the size of a slender blender container.
The design is sleek and and takes up much less room than my other one.
Highly recommend this coffee maker!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Descale right out of the box

This has been so frustrating! Besides the 12oz button only filling 8-10 oz, this thing has said descale from the start, I’ve bought 2 Keurig cleaning kits, used 3 gallons of vinegar, and still descale! I’m so frustrated, we only use bottled filtered water, we use for about 3-4 cups per day, I’m about ready to throw it out the door!

Not Worth the Hype

Got my first one as a Christmas present in 2020. By February the brewer started making noises trying to load water. Trying to brew a 12 oz and get 2. Called customer service and they had me going through all kinds of stuff. Didn't work. They were nice enough to replace it. Got it in March. Now in May of 2021 it is doing the same exact thing. My husband is about ready to throw it out in the garbage. Seriously Keurig has to know there is a defect. I was going to call again, but it is not worth it. I am so upset I don't think I will even by another Keurig brand. Not worth the money...

Died

Bought one and it died within 6 months (no electric power.) Keurig replaced it for free (great service) but now that one has died too with the same issue (no electric power) Do not but this model

Doesn't Last

Purchased this KEURIG 12/20 last year to replace another KEURIG that stopped working. I have purchased 4 KEURIG's over the last 3 years. This KEURIG died 3 days ago, no longer under warranty. I am trying KEURIG one more time, however I also purchased the Ninja coffee maker that works with k-cups. If the smart KEURIG that I just received today is no longer working a year from now, I'll never buy another one.
