Not quite as advertised, suppose to have three settings for temp and strength only really has two. Otherwise a really nice brewer .super fast and easy to use. I would like to know what the 3rd choice would be like? I like my coffee strong and hot. I think that you should change your advertisement

I bought my second Keurig in July. It quit working in October so I contacted Keurig and they replaced it immediately. No charge for new machine and they even sent shipping label for ease of returning broken one. Very easy to deal with.

I am really amazed at the difference in the flavor with punching five holes instead of one. To me and my husband you can tell the difference. We absolutely love it. The first one we had only lasted two months tho, very disappointed. After using the five holes then back to one, another disappointment.. we are certainly glad to have the replacement now and enjoying real coffee flavor. My last Keurig lasted 6 years, so hoping I get at least 6 out of this one.

I like this Keurig K-Supreme Plus. It brews a cup of coffee very fast. The water container is large and easy to fill. Glad a filter comes with it. I purchased the Plus version because of option to choose both brew strength and temperature. I choose the lowest level of each because the coffee is VERY strong even at that level, and I LOVE strong coffee. The next higher two levels brew the coffee unbearably strong, in my opinion. Keurig could improve this machine by tweaking the brew strength to give coffee drinkers a somewhat "weaker" brew option. That's why I give this machine only FOUR STARS instead of five.

Love my new Keurig! This is my fourth, and I believe best purchase. It’s a much sleeker design and has a good sized water reservoir that’s much easier to fill. It brews a great cup of coffee, and it’s so quiet. I love size options from 4 to 12 oz cups with a push of a button.
