I’m a long time user of Keurig. They’ve had their ups and downs but ALWAYS come through with customer service. I was excited to see a new model and quickly ordered it. It is one of their Best. It’s quieter than their others. And overall a little faster. One thing I’ve learned, never buy from a big box store. Always buy direct. Always buy the coffee pods direct. Much cheaper and more pods per box(24) I most brands. I’ve used their auto delivery service for years. Buy 4 boxes and get free delivery. Easy to make changes. They notify you several days before shipping so you have time to make changes. Love their product!
Very pleased with the "no hastle" replacement of the almost new unit that would not turn on. The first time I cleaned the K-Supreme it would not turn on when I finished the process. Called, explained what had happened and he immediately ordered a replacement.
I'm not in love with this brewer. It's very nice looking, and I love the pitcher. However, it is painfully slow. It's like, go do something and come back slow. It was this way right out of the box and still is this way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate your review and feedback on the new K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. Normal brewing time should start within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and it may take up to 3 minutes to complete depending on the size and strength selected. Hope this is helpful!

Every cup of tea smells and taste like machine oil

I just bought this machine 2 days ago, I've done the cleaning cycle and ran an entire carafe of water through the system. I've 3 different k-cups and it all smells and taste like machine oil.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this coffee maker and the power went out on it in a couple weeks. Keurig replaced it and we have had the replacement for one week. We will see if it lasts longer than the last one. In general I am happy with Keurig.
