I bought this machine about a month ago because my old Keurig was not working well after 4 years. The features on this machine are improved over the old machine. I like the ability to regulate strength and temperature with a simple button. The machine heats up the water much faster than the old machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this because of the size options and the ability to save three different personal settings. The water tank size was also a plus over the other similar keurig coffee maker. The price is a little much and it would be awesome if they included one k-cup for your own personal coffee!

Can't brew my own coffee

I like the new machine a lot but I kept looking for the capability to brew all of the organic coffee I have in bags since my old Keurig was able to do that. I'm completely upset because I have all this coffee and now I have no way to brew it at least in the old machine there was a plastic insert that had a filter in it and you could fill it with your own coffee and brew it
