Excellent product. Keurig does it again. Makes coffee just the way you might like it Best part is it's HOT. Only drawback FOR ME was that the reservoir, in my opinion, could have been larger. But I'd buy it again if I needed to. So should you. Enjoy.

Great until descale won’t shut off.

Loved this one for 2 months, then the descale light came on. I followed the instructions online and video twice. The descale light will not go off. This is beyond annoying!!

I replaced a (maybe 10) year old Keurig 2.0 coffeemaker, which was well used and well loved. This new coffeemaker is perfect. It has some new functions that are quite improved: there are more cup size, brew strength, and heat settings, which I love. The water reservoir’s handle and lid are much better. The appearance is more streamlined and attractive. I like the stainless steel. It seems to heat more quickly than my old one. I am really enjoying it!

Only had it less than a month and it had to be descaled, doesn't fill to the desired amount, coffee gets cold quick. Don't feel the water is hot enough even with pushing the temperature button up. Expensive pot. Worse Keurig I have ever bought. Will not be purchasing another one.

Poorly Produced Product - Do not purchase

My K-Spreme Plus unit arrived on January 13, 2021 and by February 23rd my unit indicated that it needed to be descaled. I purchased the Keurig descaling solution and followed the Keurig procedures as shown on their website. The descaling process was completed successfully, however, I just received another Descale notification on ,my unit April 12th, which is less than a month and half since the last time. I use filtered water so there is no reason why that should be happening so quickly on a brand new machine. I owned the Classic Keurig unit for over 7 years and I only received one descaling notification since I purchased it. I typically would do it automatically after the suggested 3 month period. We only replaced it because we wanted to try the K-Supreme Plus unit. Trust me, it is not worth it. Don't spend your money on this poorly built product. The brewed coffee does not taste any better and the five spikes spread coffee everywhere throughout the unit and in your coffee cup. Keurig has provided us with a replacement machine but if this does not work then I am requesting a refund and going back to the classic unit. Keurig should spend time testing their products rather than rolling out a bad product.

I bought the k supreme was not satisfied the coffee wasn’t hot enough. The k supreme plus Brews a much hotter stronger cup of coffee I think the price of the unit is a bit high.

I love my Keurig coffee. We have owned several different makers over the years. I bought my husband this model for Christmas. When it was time to descale, he followed the steps and it died. Never to come on again. He contacted the company and they sent another one out. Now less than a month later this one has done the same thing. I don't recommend this model, rather pricey to begin with and 2 in 4 months , nope.
