I love the 5 hole feature where it pokes 5 holes in the k cup..& all it's different buttons on top...Its just a really good maker for those who just want one cup...

We just bought this Keurig to replace the Keurig we had for 10 years ! We are very happy with all the features - I like how I can customize the amount of ounces I want, I like how I have the option to make iced coffee, being able to have personal settings saved is great & the temperature & strength adjustment feature is really nice. I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because I am NOT happy with the reusable coffee filter that comes with the machine.
bought this as a CHRISTMAS GIFT for a very good friend of mine & requested a note on delivery to say Merry Christmas. the coffee maker was delivered BUT NO NOTE WISHING HER A MERRY CHRISTMAS

It arrived yesterday and I spent the evening reading the instructions. My 7 yo Keurig will be missed, it had a clock (that I used a lot), auto on/off with a light that let me know it was ready to have coffee. Now I am anxious to have my first cup in the morning, I'll get used to not having a light and clock eventually.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I called Keurig because mine would not turn on. The customer service rep was so helpful and patient with me while I got my model number and tested the outlet to be sure that was not the issue. I emailed a picture of my Keurig, the model number and the receipt. This was on Sat. May 14th. I had my replacement on Weds., May 18th! I love my Keurig K-Supreme Plus!
Our first unit lasted about four months. It worked flawlessly until it didn’t. Literally would not turn on anymore despite multiple troubleshooting. Since it was less than a year from purchase, I started a warranty replacement which I had a back-and-forth with the support department on proper documentation. I sent the same documents three times and magically had an email stating a replacement unit is on the way. I get the replacement unit within two days brewing issues occurred with the replacement where it would only brew out 2 ounces or less no matter the setting. There are some serious quality issues with this unit. I’ve never had any issues with other Keurig models. Maybe the other models are better, however I have moved onto another brand and will not be purchasing any units from Keurig in the foreseeable future.
