Our first unit lasted about four months. It worked flawlessly until it didn’t. Literally would not turn on anymore despite multiple troubleshooting. Since it was less than a year from purchase, I started a warranty replacement which I had a back-and-forth with the support department on proper documentation. I sent the same documents three times and magically had an email stating a replacement unit is on the way. I get the replacement unit within two days brewing issues occurred with the replacement where it would only brew out 2 ounces or less no matter the setting. There are some serious quality issues with this unit. I’ve never had any issues with other Keurig models. Maybe the other models are better, however I have moved onto another brand and will not be purchasing any units from Keurig in the foreseeable future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sick of the ridiculous amount of confusing models

Got this wanting the better features like ice mode AND the reservoir that can moved to the back or side, for some dumb reason this one does not move like the other supreme models... so now I have to send it back, definitely adding other brands into my search now, really disappointed
Love Keurig but had to buy new unit due to the safety feature of pushing brew w/o having water unit set properly which triggers a reset that is no available. Took unit apart once to reset but not able to do a second time. Keurig should make it possible to reset when this happens as it would make this newer newer outstanding!
