I really like the features such as hotter coffee! The only thing is the cord is a little short for what I need. I would make the cord about 2 inches longer.
Purchased original in August. Worked very well and quietly with Keurig filter plus using filtered water from special faucet. Cleaned using Keurig solution at three months. Two weeks later "DESCALE" flashed on. Cleaned again using another bottle of Keurig solution. DESCALE did not go off. Called Keurig to ask what I should do. They said send it back and replaced it with same model.
I love the instant testing feature. You do not need to wait between cups for the coffee maker to text. I also like the memory feature. The easy programmable favorite settings is aschick way to make a cup of coffee.
It tends to splash coffee all around the counter it sits on. It also splashes on the wall behind the cup.
