Love the new design of the Keurig

I bought the keurig and I loved it it hade so manny fun new features and the coffee tasted better but I do wish the white part at the end would come out so when I get coffee to go I can have it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just bought this Keurig to replace the Keurig we had for 10 years ! We are very happy with all the features - I like how I can customize the amount of ounces I want, I like how I have the option to make iced coffee, being able to have personal settings saved is great & the temperature & strength adjustment feature is really nice. I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 because I am NOT happy with the reusable coffee filter that comes with the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bought this as a CHRISTMAS GIFT for a very good friend of mine & requested a note on delivery to say Merry Christmas. the coffee maker was delivered BUT NO NOTE WISHING HER A MERRY CHRISTMAS

It arrived yesterday and I spent the evening reading the instructions. My 7 yo Keurig will be missed, it had a clock (that I used a lot), auto on/off with a light that let me know it was ready to have coffee.
Now I am anxious to have my first cup in the morning, I'll get used to not having a light and clock eventually.

I called Keurig because mine would not turn on. The customer service rep was so helpful and patient with me while I got my model number and tested the outlet to be sure that was not the issue. I emailed a picture of my Keurig, the model number and the receipt. This was on Sat. May 14th. I had my replacement on Weds., May 18th! I love my Keurig K-Supreme Plus!
