This is our fourth one we have had over the years, and can attest to the fact that this line of coffee makers has improved drastically since the first one we purchased. We used the last one at least once daily for over two years, then it went out but we didn’t hesitate to replace it with another one.
Stopped working after 2 weeks......................

Have used this coffee maker just one week. Turned it on this morning and instantly smelled smoldering hot wires and it stopped working. We bought this one as an identical replacement for our last one that did the exact same thing only it at least lasted about 3years. I hope Keurig replaces this unit immediately. Out of coffee!

The Best Version Yet!

I bought this brewer a few weeks ago and just love it! It works so well with all kinds of k-cups. No more issues with the water backing up and not forcing through the cup as they added more prongs that puncture the k-cups. It has a nice small profile so fits on your counter (I have limited counter space) and is sleek and modern. I am very, very happy with this brewer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This brewer not only has the larger reservoir but brews a great cup of coffee. It starts within seconds after choosing your desired option! It punches 5 holes on top for a fuller flavor. I found my usual cups size selection it was a bit strong so went up a couple of ounces! Perfect. One reviewer states you are stuck with a selection choice. Not true. Those little buttons are if you’d like to set a memory to the exact size, strength and temp every time. Like seat preference memory in your car.
I would have still enjoyed a light in the reservoir. Always felt it was a added classy touch and a nice glow early morning. I do miss that!! Also, a silver satin finish (like the Keurig Elite) would be nice since most kitchens don’t have bright shiny appliances.

Disappointed

I recently purchased the new K Supreme Plus and I am very disappointed in its performance. It splatters around the inside of the cup, when using the extra strength button and is extremely slow. Also, the coffee is never good and hot, even with the extra hot button is used. I used the Keurig Vue for many years and was very pleased. I am seriously considering going back to it and giving the K Supreme away. I may have gotten a lemon because I have used Keurig for many years.
