This is my first Keurig but not my first single serve brewer. I love that it's fast, super quiet, super easy to use. And it looks gorgeous. I love the large reservoir and that it has a large handle. And I like the feedback you get from the digital screen. Plus the descaling procedure is going to be easier and faster than my previous non-Keurig brewer.
I have owned several Keurigs over the years and this one is the very best so far. No pre-heating necessary. I like the improvement of the prongs that pierce the K-pod for a smoother all encompassing cup of coffee. Large reservoir.
Does not work with Keurig Donut Shop 1 Step Mocha Lattes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Garbage

I have had this piece of junk for six months, today it goes into the trash where it belongs. It constantly clogs, sputters, spews but rarely makes a full cup of coffee. I have descaled, cleaned, rinsed, preformed every form of trouble shooting but to no avail. I give up and will be looking elsewhere for my coffee needs.

I was have had numerous Keurig coffee maker and this one is beautiful and has so many options to customize your beverage to your lifestyle I found Customer Service extremely helpful
