It does make a difference, the aroma is better and the taste is great. I like the fact that I can choose my strength and temperature. I choose a different strength for Iced coffee than hot coffee.

My descaling light is flashing. I've used the descaling liquid that came with my pot. But, the light is still flashing. What else can I do?

Perfect for the Work from Home situation

I did receive this complimentary for testing purposes. BUT as the title says, this is working perfectly for the work from home situation we all find ourselves in. It’s sleek and pretty honestly. Set up was relatively easy, I did have to YouTube how to set up the water filter part, but otherwise the instructions in the quick start guide for the first cleansing brew are easy to follow. I’m very much much enjoying strength button the Green Mountain Dark Roast cups. I need to try out the Laughing man medium roast soon. It’s very user friendly once you’re ready to brew your cup.
