Descale button blinking for days, then unit dies!!

Purchased 10/2021 and unit no longer works. It lasted one year and 2 months! Descale button never goes off as other reviewers have commented. We maintained this unit exactly as recommended by Keurig. Our previous Keurig to this one lasted less than 2 years also. Time to start looking for another alternative to Keurig brand coffee makers
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have bought Kuerig Coffee Pots for years now. Ours broke, so we just bought this one.

This is so much more compact than the other Keurig we had. I am not a coffee drinker, but I use my hot chocolate in the winter. My husband uses this all the time. You can see the water container a lot easier in this machine, so you know when you need to add water. It was on sale, so it was a great deal.
