Strike 3!

Bought this model and LOVED it...for a few months. The Descale light came on (even though we only use filtered water and keep their filter fresh). Went through all the steps to clean/clear it but Descale never went away and not long after it died. Repeat this a second time and then a third time....we really wanted it to work. Each one died an early death (just the two of us using it once daily) and we kept trying until strike 3.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Machine - do not buy

I bought this coffee maker about 1.5-2 years back. It has been an absolute terrible coffee maker. It went along for about a year and then started having issues. First, the buttons on the top of the coffee maker wouldn't always work. You would push 12 oz coffee and get 1 ounce or 2 and then it would just quit. You might have to retry it several times before it would finally make the correct amount. This was an intermittent problem until one day, it just quit brewing altogether. I went on YouTube and there was a fix for this issue. Took the entire machine apart and pressed a reset button inside the machine and it started brewing again. But another secondary brewing issue came up. I would put a kcup in and start the machine. It would poke holes in the k-cup, but coffee and coffee grounds would come out the top of the k-cup instead of draining through to the coffee cup. That would clearly ruin the k-cup requiring another attempt. I would also have to clean the entire coffee maker as grounds were everywhere inside of it. It might do this 5-6 times before it would start operating correctly again. It got to be such a complete hassle, that we finally replaced it with a K-Elite K90 model which I had previously and worked well for years. I would definitely not recommend this model of Kreig coffee makers.

Perfect Keurig!

I have had several Keurig Coffeemakers over the years. They were all good but not great. The K-Supreme Plus has it all. I love the memory settings, as my hubby drinks tea and cocoa with different settings than my coffee. I love the large water reservoir. I love the choice of heat (I like my coffee HOT) and strength (strong please) settings. I love the handle on the water reservoir. I love that it opens all the way up to wipe around the puncture tips. I love the Brew ID, and I love how sleek and attractive it is. Perfect!
I would recommend this to a friend!

While I was satisfied with the K-Mini, I was intrigued by the multi-stream process and decided to give it a try. Noticeable difference in the coffee. A 12-oz coffee in the K-Supreme Plus tastes as strong as a 10-oz coffee in the K-Mini. I used to prime my mug with hot water with the K-Mini, but I don't have to do that now that I have temperature control with the K-Supreme Plus. The reservoir is easy to handle (with the handle) and the stainless steel front looks sharp.
This is our fourth one we have had over the years, and can attest to the fact that this line of coffee makers has improved drastically since the first one we purchased. We used the last one at least once daily for over two years, then it went out but we didn’t hesitate to replace it with another one.
Stopped working after 2 weeks......................
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used this coffee maker just one week. Turned it on this morning and instantly smelled smoldering hot wires and it stopped working. We bought this one as an identical replacement for our last one that did the exact same thing only it at least lasted about 3years. I hope Keurig replaces this unit immediately. Out of coffee!

The Best Version Yet!

I bought this brewer a few weeks ago and just love it! It works so well with all kinds of k-cups. No more issues with the water backing up and not forcing through the cup as they added more prongs that puncture the k-cups. It has a nice small profile so fits on your counter (I have limited counter space) and is sleek and modern. I am very, very happy with this brewer!
