Terrible :/

The design is awful. I don't know about anyone else but my cabinets hang over my counter tops, I can't put this thing against the wall because now I can't see the controls that have now been placed directly on top of the device. I have to pull it away from the wall (spilling water everywhere), make 20 selections to get where I need to get to. Never even made the coffee, I set it up and then returned it instantly. The K575 was awesome, slanted front display, digital face, sleek water resevoir that contoured to the machine instead of sticking out the side like a sore thumb. I'm not sure why they discontinued that model but now that mine is broken I will have to move on to another machine elsewhere. Keurig went downhill in the design department for sure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost started a fire

This was my first Kuerig machine and while initially, I was impressed - it has now left me with a very bad impression. After owning for less than 2 months and used gently (only one cup a day), I turned it on to brew and to my horror it began to smoke instead! I unplugged immediately and tried to troubleshoot. It is obvious that something internal is defective, as the coffee maker now has power at all after this incident. Numerous attempts have been made to contact Kuerig. I must now assume that they do not stand behind their warranty. Never again.

Don’t buy!

Waste of money. Tastes terrible regardless of what pod we use and takes over 3 mins for a single cup. We have loved Keurig for a decade but this is a piece of garbage and now I’m stuck in their stupid auto ship pod program! Help! Switching to Nespresso.

The K-Supreme coffee maker does not require time to pre-heat. It will start brewing within 15-20 seconds of pressing brew button and normal brewing time is up to 3 minutes depending on the size and if Strong brew was selected. We hope this is helpful!
WE PURCHASED THIS COFFEE MAKER AS OUR THIRD KERIG WE PURCHASED. WE HAD OUR FIRST ONE FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS, THEN WE PURCHASED OURNSECOND ONE THAT PRETTY MUCH MATCHER THE FIRST BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE SEEMED TO BE GETTING TIRED. NOW THE THIRD, THE ONE WE JUST PURCHASED IS SOOOOOOOOO MUCH MORE REFINED, ON DEMAND HUT WATER SYSTEM, EXTRA LARGE WATER RESEVOIR, AND MULLTISTREAM BREWING MAKES THIS THE BEST COFFEE MAKER YET. OUR BEST TO YOUR ENGINEERS, THEY OUT DID THEMSELVES.. I GUESS YOU COULD SAY WE LIKE IT.

Love my K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker! It is easy supper fast way to have morning coffee and taste great too! Love that fact that I don't have to make a whole pot of coffee. I am the only one in the family that drinks coffee. I do not think that would matter anyway. The fact that you can make your cup of coffee a cup at a time and it is fast. It is so much better than having a pot of coffee sitting around getting old.
