Wonderful new Keurig. The multiple punctures of the K cups does enhance the flavor of the cup of coffee or tea. I especially like the convenient handle on the water reservoir. It makes it so much easier to life the water reservoir when full.

Coffee is not very hot and wont make more than 6 ounces when its in 12 oz setting. Notified warranty and never head back. Only owned for 10 days. Went back to using old coffee maker
