Coffee is not very hot and wont make more than 6 ounces when its in 12 oz setting. Notified warranty and never head back. Only owned for 10 days. Went back to using old coffee maker

On my fourth one since Christmas

Love the taste and the heat of this brewer however it stops working within two months. Sent three back so far now sending back the latest. I call they put me through th trouble shooting and make me send the unit back so the engineer can figure it out. I quess they haven’t So I will wait for them to mail me the next one

I just made my first cup of Dark Magic coffee; came out great coffee; real strong which is perfect for when I add cream and sugar.Other times I'll use a medium roast. Only thing, I ordered in the gray and wish I'd spent a little more and got the stainless steel wrap which would have gone better with my brushed steel other appliancesr. The online info didn't point out that; i wish it had.

Splashes everywhere

I recently bought this because it was slim for the area on my counter but no matter what size mug I use the coffee splatters on the wall, the counter and the back of the machine. I would not recommend this machine
